Healthy Recipes

After the festive season, good healthy food is what we need to give ourselves the right boost to start the New Year! This is why our theme for January is healthy life & food. Here we suggest two recipes one can easily make at home:

  • Falafel. This recipe is taken from Living the Pie Life , where they are deep-fried. For an alternative and healthier version, try to bake falafel in the oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.
